Privacy Policy — BOSS QBO CLI ("Claude Connector") Effective date: August 28, 2026 This application is a private, internal-use software tool owned and operated by BOSS Janitorial Services, Inc. ("the Company"), Chino Hills, California. It is not offered to the public, has no external users, and is not listed on any app marketplace. What the application does. The application connects to the Company's own QuickBooks Online company file, via Intuit's Accounting API, to retrieve the Company's own accounting reports (such as profit & loss, balance sheet, and transaction lists). Access is read-only. Data collection. The application does not collect, store, or process any data belonging to consumers, customers, or any third party. The only data accessed is the Company's own accounting data, and the only user is the Company's owner. Data storage and sharing. Retrieved report data is viewed by the Company's owner on Company equipment. Authentication tokens are stored locally on a single Company-owned computer, restricted to the owner's operating-system account. No data is sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to any third party. Transient, owner-directed analysis of report output may be performed with a commercial AI assistant; no data is used to train AI models.
