End User License Agreement — BOSS QBO CLI ("Claude Connector") Effective date: August 28, 2026 This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the BOSS QBO CLI software tool ("the Software"), which is owned, developed, and used exclusively by BOSS Janitorial Services, Inc. ("the Company"), Chino Hills, California.

Internal use only. The Software is a private, internal business tool. It is not distributed, licensed, sold, or made available to any party outside the Company. The sole authorized user is the Company's owner.

Function. The Software provides read-only retrieval of the Company's own QuickBooks Online accounting data through Intuit's published APIs, under credentials authorized by the Company.

License. All rights in the Software are held by the Company. No license is granted to any external party.

Third-party services. Use of Intuit APIs through the Software is subject to Intuit's applicable developer terms of service.

No warranty. The Software is provided "as is" for the Company's own use, without warranty of any kind.
